A Year of Challenges and Blessings | December 2020

Longmont and Boulder Financial Planner

Merry Christmas 2020!

What a Year! This has been a year full of challenges… but also a year of blessings… sometimes hidden or hard to see but some blessings none the less. I pray for you and each and every-one of us that we focus on this Season and allow for it to be as peaceful and joyful as possible.

For many it will be the first Christmas without a loved one. A husband or wife or sibling or good friend, I am sure there will be deep-rooted emotions of loss, yet I pray you can think fondly of your loved-one and the joy and blessings of their life. For some of us it is a year of firsts; first-child, new grandchild, marriage, new-career, end of a career… bottom-line, it’s been a year of change. This year has profoundly reminded me of how we are all connected, if not directly, we are through extended friendship and family.

This year has seen Shelby and Mike add Yael to their family. Our kids, Asher and Portia are half-way through fourth and sixth grade – they love their baseball and softball. Hattig Financial has welcomed Stephen as a great addition. Stephen and his wife Claire had their first full year of marriage together in 2020, those of you married – how would you have liked that for year one!

Let’s all take care of one another this Season and look forward to a 2021 full of joy, friendship, connection, conversation, understanding and Moving Forward! I am so appreciative of you and we are dedicated to serve you for years to come. My gratitude of our relationship whether it was created in 2020 or if we have worked together for more than a decade is one of the most important things in my life and you are our company’s lifeblood.

I cannot say enough about my thanks for you. I will talk with you again soon and please have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
