As we find ourselves immersed in the Holiday Season and as the end of the year draws near, I reflect on 2025 as a good, hard, and rewarding year. Each of my primary facets of life—family, faith, finances (business), and health share this sentiment. I am definitely reminded to focus on how I can help my friends, clients, and family in each of the parts of their lives. We are meant to help one another and lift each other up in these most important pieces of life. To that end, I ask for encouragement, prayer, and uplifting for mom, Muriel. She is home and feeling good; in mid-November she had a health set back yet has bounced back strong! Those of you who know her, I’m sure think of her faithfulness, strength, and big personality—all serving her very well today.
I want to thank you for the relationship we share and your continued decision to trust us, to trust me to come alongside you and your family in your financial lives...I don’t take this lightly. It's an honor.
On the fun side of things, I have the outdoor arena built and have been riding on it for several months now. Kira, this year's two-year-old, is on schedule and by end of year will have more than 250 rides. Next year's two-year-old, Skye, will be started the middle of December. We are excited to see how both of them develop over the next couple of years.
Hard to believe, but Portia is a freshman, has her drivers permit, played school softball this fall, school basketball this winter and is doing a super job with her schoolwork. Asher is already a junior, driving his truck, plays baseball, school basketball, and is keeping up with good grades! I don’t know how she does it, but Tania keeps us all straight!
To all the work behind the scenes — a special, “Thank You” to Rita and Keri. Without you, things just wouldn’t Hum along like they do, each of you are exceptional.
I Thank You for the wonderful introductions to your friends and colleagues this past year. We welcomed many new clients to the Hattig Financial Family. I’ve met some wonderful people and I'm grateful to know and serve each of them!
Have a meaningful Christmas and wishing for great things for all of you in the New Year.
Blessings to you your Family,
-Josh
